Chairman of the Committee a draft amendment of the 1992 Constitution also suggested that members of the Commission for comments on the functions, tasks, powers and the basic direction of the organization and method of operation of the agency legislative, judicial, executive and important institutions: the President, the Procuracy, the Court, the State Audit, particularly constitutional protection mechanisms. Formally, in this session, the Committee will also comment on the design layout, chapters, articles of the constitution accordingly, stable, long-term, commensurate with the role and position the basic law.
