All in all, this week we agree that HM Stainless Design was responsible for the behavior of our new house - both because they can deliver a total solution (incl. Demolition), but also because they can fulfill many of our specific wishes - without having to pay much extra for it!
Well but a house that just to be demolished ... and we even have to pay for the removal, one must be able to sell off various building materials ... we are therefore already started to take pictures and put a lot up for sale on the Blue Newspaper : radiators, kitchen, bathroom, windows, conservatory, brændeovnloftlem etc.
23/10/2014 You do not buy "just" sp services a new house without getting the last negotiations in place ... We were therefore negotiated for 75,000 kr. Extra electricity (compared to HusCompagniets price list) and they accepted:-)

It's now been three weeks since our meeting with HTH on Old King's Road and we still have not heard anything sp services ... or it means that we have just received an email that says that he still does not reach to make offers etc.. - It opens into a complaint - we have a meeting with the architect in the morning and we would like drawings! But we will not!
It is now it dawns on us how long wait actually sp services for us in such a process. But it's good to have something to look forward to - although patience tease because we "just" want to start!

What the .... it is for something to write? We will contact the contractor and inform him ... and then there appears something again.

Today we received an email from Dan (HM Stainless Designs) to nedbryderne sp services have started "picking" house - a wild mail to get when you have not been informed of this before, but fat! You may start also to see something on the site!
There we encounter a slight challenge concerning. gas ... it is such an old installation to the pipe that led in through the plinth and only to be interrupted in the way. One has apparently not "just" sp services dig "down to the tap without getting the permission of the others who have wires in the way (TDC, Dong, YouSee et al.). HMN now come with the unfortunate message sp services that they can only interrupt the gas on 4 WEEKS !!! We call in and they change it to d. February 4, 2015:-) and it turns out that the destroyer can easily initiate the demolition, so it has virtually no significance (only 4 days) - we can live with! I wonder if they still seek something!
